All you read here, is completely OOC just a bit of Information about Morgaine, a background etc., nothing to be abused.
As you approach the old woman sitting near the fire she looks up into your eyes and mutters:
"So, you are the one questioning for lady morgaine? Ah yes... take a seat".
As you sit down, she fixes her halfblind gaze on you and starts to speak again:
"So hihi, you have been talking to the noble house she is aparantly from?
Don't believe their lies, they want to hide her past, pretending She would be
one our ours. But she isn't, believe me. I know her, Wolfchild, i have put a
spell on her, so i must know."
The woman mutters a bit around of something. Then she speaks, this time whispering
"Yes, you heared right, Wolfchild i called her and thats right. But let me start
from the beginning.",
"Nearly 100 years ago, at a sun-bathed winters day, the following happened:
A patrol from the elven outpost we are at now, found a female elf with her
child. They asked to be taken to here and begged for a rest for the night.
As they arrived here, it was dawn.
Short before the entrance of this Outpost, a group of marauding humans awaited them,
ambushing them and catching 10 of the 12 patrollers off guard, slaughtering them
in a blink of an eye. After this, the fight was short. The elves were heavily outnumbered
and died very fast, leaving the child and the Mother to the humans. Althrough the mother
died shortly after the fight from a wound she had recieved, the child was still unharmed.
The humans joked with the child torturing it with their words and their knife.
As she obviously couldn't endure the insulting of the humans anylonger, being sad about
her dead mother also, she threw back her head and howled with an voice which didn't sound human after
all, what an elven farmer told who accidently came the way and watched the scene.
Anyway, after she howled ..."
The woman takes a deep breath.
"He came. Out of the forest he broke, a pitchblack wolf, nearly the size of a pony he had.
His eyes showed the anger this warg had in himself. Without a noise it jumped between the
humans and the child, his child. Terribly he slaughtered the humans, no one having a real
chance against this monsterious warg. After the bloody work was done, the wolf returned
to the child. Nudging it slightly he made the child stand up and pushed her forward, slightly
towards the city. Here were we now stand, the child put her small arms around the wolf,
her eyes filled with tears. Then she turned, waving into the creature's direction.
The wolf vanished back into the forest.
Yes, we took the child as one of ours and as our lady was missing her child, which died
from an human ambush a month ago. Everything went well and the child, given the name "Morgaine"
grew up among us. Upon her 30. birthday, one of our guards tried to touch her."
The woman exhales deeply before she speaks again.
"I guess you can imagine what happened, stranger. The wolf came and took the guard's right eye
as well as his right hand, before morgaine made him leave."
Our council sat together and talked long, before i offered to cast a spell on morgaine to
make her forget her terrible not humanoid power and become a normal elf.
We finally all agreed and i recited that terrible Spell and casted it upon her soul
erasing her memory and erasing her lore. At least i thought that was what i did.
The years went by and still hate was between the guard and Morgaine. She became a very
impressive young woman, with long silver hair and bright, emerald eyes. Yet her
appearance, quite mysterious, her interest in mysteriums and her high pointed
ears were the only thing what made her different from us. Yes we are elves and
all have pointy ears... but her were thin, nearly as sharp as needles at the top.
She showed an excellent for shooting with the elvish bows, so she joined our archer
shool, impressing her teachers from the first day. She was able to shoot an arrow
at an apple even with closed eyes, no one knows how she was able to do that.
As she one day won the archers contest, the guard, named raskajas, approached her
again. He was now commander of the guards there and hoped, still he can win her
heart now. That fool."
The woman blinks her eye slightly.
"Yes he was a fool, he still is. As he grasped for her, she pulled out a dagger and
cutted open a vene in his left hand, making him unable to do anything with his hand
for month.
Morgaine choose to leave the outpost now. It was too dangerous she decided.
She walked across the fields, her bow on her back, following the road to elvandar,
the elven capitol.
That was the last we had heard from her, till a few weeks ago.
She came here again, to meet me.
She told that she had been to the old elven capitol, eal-deliah,
revealing that a ghost had looked into her soul and she felt like
she was freed from something.
She didn't know but i realized immidiatly what it was.
The spell was broken and yet i could feel her lore taking her
over again. She was faster than ever, not elish after all anymore.
Her eyes were flashing brightly. She was still the friendly elf
i knew, but i was feeling she was hiding something.
I approached her mind, yet she blocked that somehow and growled at me
telling me not to touch her mind. Then she stood up and simply
vanished from my room. I couldn't tell if she was still there or not
terrible.
Yet this Is all i can tell you about her, traveller."

Morgaine is afraid of the sun light. Must be because of the past sunburns
which caused permanent freckles
