• Background:

Kortha grew up in an as-yet unnamed underground city, which appears to have contained a large amount of drunken bachelors. Her father is a veteran of various wars and bar brawls, and likes to sit around in bars talking about the "good old days" with his surviving soldier buddies. Her mother was a hot-tempered woman who bustled about taking care of the kids when her husband was gone, and attempting to instill some resemblance of manners into them. Her heavy kitchen skillet aided in this endeavor. Unfortunately, Kortha's mother died in some way I haven't figured out yet, so for many years Kortha has grown up with her father and 3 older brothers as role models. Her father retired from soldiery shortly after his wife's death, and after a small incident which left several drunken dwarves with smoldering beards. (Kortha's youngest brother was NOT responsible for this, he claims.)

Uncle Ferdan - makes really bad rat chili which is famous throughout dwarfdom Unnamed youngest brother - did a reasonably good job of blowing up his school using rat chili as a bomb

• Deaths:
