--Delmon- This looks awesome!
So, I was thinking of an idea for a new place evils could hunt. So, of course, I thought it would be in the arctic, on the west side of the bridge.
My general idea is that this is a clan of dwarves which has adapted to live in the arctic, who don't trust any outsiders, and who follow Zhakrin. This way, the good guys have no real incentive to protect them (since the dwarves dislike them and are neutral), and evil guys want to kill them because, well, that's what evil people do. I thought it would be a comparable area to, say, the goblin camp or the bugbear camp, in size at least.
I mapped out a rough idea of how I imagine the setup to be.
At the gate would be the gate guards just like any other city, who don't let anyone in. Evils can get through this by just killing them, but good guys could only get in by doing the same thing, which I'm guessing they won't do.
In the middle would be well of sorts. An idea I have for that is you have to break through a small layer of ice to get at the water, and it would freeze over in, say, 5 minutes OOCly. The walls go all around the place, from where the gate starts to behind the boss hut. So, there's the town square in the middle with huts extending out from it in all directions.
Now, for the inhabitants I was thinking the dwarves would be somewhere between a flind and an ogre, but with better equipment. I was thinking they could wear suits of fur inlined ringmail and wield axes, maces, hammers and shields, randomly distributed. Some would be a weapon in each hand and some would be wielding a weapon two-handed, and some would be weapon and shield.
As for MOB placement, I was thinking there would be 3 at the gate, 1 in every room of the town square, and 2 or 3 in every hut. In the boss hut I'd say there should be 3 as well, with the boss being stronger than the others (of course).
I would definitely be willing to write the descriptions for their gear and the rooms if a wizard is willing to code it into the game.
EDIT - Better picture with dots representing the mob placement.
And a picture representing the above picture and room connections
