 with jade plates and all around you can see shops and people who offer
 various wares or services. You hear the bubbling sound of water which comes
 from the middle of the market, where you notice a large crystal fountain.
 The market place itself extends in every direction.
There are eight obvious exits: north, northeast, east, southeast,
south, southwest, west, northwest.
An ancient stone altar and an ornamented water-filled marble basin.

You sit down to rest a while.

 This is the southern part of the market place of Elvandar. The ground is
 paved with jade plates, and all around you can see shops and people who
 offer various wares or services. In the center of this market square a
 wonderful fountain showing a golden moon spills water into a basin.
 Humanoid statues line the southern border of the market place and some
 trees grow here. The place extends to the north, east and west while a
 broad road starts to the south.

 A large hall opens southwards from the doorway in the northern wall. The
 hallway is paved with black and white marble and leads to a big wooden desk
 at the southern end with a chair behind it. Along the eastern and western
 walls are numerous cabinets, each cabinet's entrance is covered with a
 heavy red curtain. Two silver lamps provide illumination in each cabinet.
 On the southern wall a big sign shows the options available at the Elvandar
 lockers facility.

 On a road leading into Elvandar.
 Paved with polished granite tiles, this road leads into the city of
 Elvandar. To the south is a cyclopean marble gate, while to the east and
 west the backsides of beautiful ornamented buildings tower up. In the
 distance to the north, two colourful shining towers rise from a huge
 sparkling building.

 A passage through the city walls.
 Standing in the passage through the city walls you can see the mighty gates
 of Elvandar to the south while to the north the road leads further into the
 town. To the east and west, the city walls tower up and small doorways lead
 into guard-rooms.

You are wearing a leather quiver, a long white robe and a silver ring.
Under that you are wearing a crystal collar and a padded tunic.
  You are carrying many bronze coins, two maps of Elvandar, four scalps
  of black-haired thildens, a sheet of paper and many silver coins.

 At the city gate of Elvandar.
 As near the Elvandar city walls, you are impressed by the craftsmanship of
 the builders who constructed this huge, massive gate. White ornamented
 marble flanks the heavy oaken doors and you notice detailed pictures of
 animals and legendary creatures carved into the wood. Despite its beauty
 and elegance, it looks nearly impossible to break this gate open with brute
 force. A street leads north into Elvandar, and you can leave the city to
 the south.

You travel a short distance south.
 You are in an evergreen forest nestled in a secluded valley. A tall
 mountain to the west and a range of hills to the east serve as buffers
 against the worst of the elements in this northern climate, making the
 vegetation here lush and healthy. Trees surround you, and a thick carpet of
 pine needles cushions your feet. The air is crisp and cool, and light
 filters through the branches to dapple the ground around you, making quite
 a pretty sight. A road continues south through the forest and north to a
 gigantic marble gate which leads obviously into a city.

You bend over nearly double and force your way through the gap in the bushes. You end up with wet feet and a number of scratches, but when you can look around again, you find yourself in a beautiful glade.

 Only a sprinkling of trees spreads shade over this secluded glade. In the
 center of the ring of trees, a small spring bubbles out of the ground,
 flowing into a brook which runs to the east. There seems to be an ancient
 altar built around the opening in the rock where the spring comes out. To
 the south, dangerous-looking rocks block your way to the sea. The only exit
 seems to be back from where you came.
You hear the sound of someone forcing their way through the bushes. After a moment, Ceinna emerges, looking a bit scratched up.
A squirrel climbs up a tree and vanishes into a knothole.

Ceinna is a mysterious silver-tongued female elf.
Extremely waiflike, if it wasn't for the gentle curves of her body, one 
might mistake her for a child. Soft and delicate features are framed by 
loose locks of golden curls, and contrasted by soft emerald eyes & lips 
like roses.  Long legs and soft ivory skin complete her looks.
She has scars on her nose, left hand, right hand, forehead and right cheek.
She has emerald eyes.
She has very long golden hair.
She is short and skinny for an elf.
She looks gorgeous.
She is in good shape.
She is extremely alert.
She is wearing a dark cloak, a left strong leather boot, a massive black
ring, a right strong leather boot, a strong leather gorget and a wide
leather belt (with one sheath attached to it).

It's Night.
 Only a sprinkling of trees spreads shade over this secluded glade. In the
 center of the ring of trees, a small spring bubbles out of the ground,
 flowing into a brook which runs to the east. There seems to be an ancient
 altar built around the opening in the rock where the spring comes out. To
 the south, dangerous-looking rocks block your way to the sea. The only exit
 seems to be back from where you came.
Ceinna is resting here.
Ceinna breathes in quietly and holds your hand up to her face.
 Moss encrusted stones form an altar to a long-forgotten deity of the
 spring. It was once common to leave such altars to minor gods of streams
 and waterways. You can sense a lingering aura of power there.
Ceinna lays her cheek against your hand.

You hear the sound of someone forcing their way through the bushes. After a moment, Ceinna emerges, looking a bit scratched up.

You smile at Ceinna.
Ceinna is a mysterious silver-tongued female elf.
Extremely waiflike, if it wasn't for the gentle curves of her body, one 
might mistake her for a child. Soft and delicate features are framed by 
loose locks of golden curls, and contrasted by soft emerald eyes & lips 
like roses.  Long legs and soft ivory skin complete her looks.
She has scars on her nose, left hand, right hand, forehead and right cheek.
She has emerald eyes.
She has very long golden hair.
She is short and skinny for an elf.
She looks gorgeous.
She is in good shape.
She is extremely alert.
She is wearing a dark cloak, a left strong leather boot, a massive black
ring, a right strong leather boot, a strong leather gorget and a wide
leather belt (with one sheath attached to it).
Ceinna looks at you.

Ceinna steps up in front of you, stands on her tiptoes and gently kisses you.
